Ephesians 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
Let us thank God for blessing us with every spiritual blessing and ask that He will help us to walk in the reality of that truth.
1 Thessalonians 5:16 Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
Let us that God for everything that has happened this week, even the things that we didn’t like.
Revelation 21:4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
Let us pray for those wrestling with end of life issues. Let us ask God to comfort those who are mourning the loss of loved ones.
Jeremiah 30:17a But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the Lord,
Let us ask God to touch those who are unwell, especially those battling cancer. Let us ask Him to bring restoration to all who call upon His name.
Amos 2:11 “I also raised up prophets from among your children and Nazirites from among your youths. Is this not true, people of Israel?” declares the Lord.
Let us pray for Disciple Now. For the students, leaders and hosts at our church and throughout our city. Let us ask God to use this time to call out His future spiritual leaders and let us ask that they will have their hearts and ears opened during this weekend. We pray that Holy Spirit will be so strong that it will impact our entire church and our city and our nation.
John 10:27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.
Let us ask God to bless Pastor Mark as he shares through this series. Let us ask Him to teach us how to position our lives so that we will hear from Him. Let us ask Him to bless our Sunday services.
John 4:23 Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.
Let us pray for our worship, that God would call us into truth, that His Spirit would lead us that we might draw close. Let us pray for our worship team, the musicians and singers who lead us.
Romans 12:1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.
Let us ask God for purity, in our bodies, in our minds and throughout our lives. Let us pray for a willingness to die to self for Him that we may become true and proper worshippers.
3 John 1:5 Dear friend, you are faithful in what you are doing for the brothers and sisters, even though they are strangers to you.
Let us ask God to give us a heart to serve. Pray that we will be filled with His Spirit and knowledge of His will that we may be useful for His kingdom’s purpose and glory. Please, show us whom and how to love, even those who are not loveable.
Galatians 6:10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.
Let us ask God to grace us with compassion and empathy. Fill us that we may have His fruits to pour out on those in our families and those in our church.
Hebrews 4:16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
Let us boldly ask God to intervene in our lives where we have need. Let us specifically pray for each other right now and address our individual personal needs.
2 Corinthians 13:11 Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.
